November 20, 2004 - Database Version Upgrades: The CDX web will be unavailable to all users. This will not affect the Exchange Network; however, EPA Node exchanges using CDX will be interrupted.

November 19, 2004 - Database Version Upgrades: The CDX web will be unavailable to all users from November 19, 2004 09:30 PM to November 20, 2004 01:00 AM. This will not affect the Exchange Network; however, EPA Node exchanges using CDX will be interrupted.
