The Stormwater Notice of Intent (SWeNOI) upgrade scheduled for Thursday, June 5, 2008 5:00 PM to Monday, June 9, 2008 10:00 AM EST has been postponed for approximately one week. As a result the SWeNOI application will be fully operational.
