Saturday, July 2, 2011 - 12:00 AM to Monday, July 4, 2011 - 08:00 AM ET - The CDX Web and Exchange Network will be unavailable for electrical maintenance.
Wednesday, April 6, 2011:
April 6, 2011 - EPA will no longer accept paper for Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) section 5 Premanufacture and Significant New Use Notifications using the new electronic-PMN (e-PMN) software. All notifiers must submit their new notices and support documents for notices submitted after April 6, 2010 either electronically, via Central Data Exchange (CDX), or on optical disc. Note that optical discs will no longer be accepted next year, after April 6, 2012.
